I have received an incorrect item

Log in to your 'My Orders' area, https://myorders.kitlocker.com/login/ and select the relevant order (if you have more than one). Once selected, you will see a 'Return Request' button beside each item. Please click this button, whereby, you will be required to provide some brief information around the nature of the issue.

Please attach an image of the incorrect item and a member of our post-purchase team will be in touch to provide a free returns label and organise a replacement/refund.
