When will I receive my coaching certificate?

Your One File profile must be at 100%, and for Level 2 & 3 the correct first aid and safeguarding certificates uploaded, to enable us to apply for your certification. The certificate is issued by the awarding body and they quote 6-8 weeks delivery. We will also add your qualification to your ENgage account at the time we apply for your certification, so you will have evidence that the qualification has been gained.
