How can I edit an existing committee role?
A secretary, chairperson, treasurer or vice chairperson (as assigned in ENgage) can update all
committee roles by following these instructions:
Instructions
Log into ENgage.
In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your organisation’s name:
In the 3x3 grid of squares in the top left select Organisational Profile:
Click Committee Roles from the menu on the left-hand side.
Select the circle to the left of the name currently assigned to the role.
Click Edit:
Enter the forename and surname of the relevant person.
Select the person.
Click Save:
Note: In order for an individual to be allocated a committee role, they must exist in the
organisation's directory (i.e. be linked to the organisation and appear under the People section).
