Finalizing a pending order
Sometimes when purchasing a membership at a club you will add it to the basket then not fully proceed to checkout and buy the membership, however once it’s been added to basket it will be in a sort of pending status in which Engage will save the order in the basket. To finalize the order follow the instructions below:
Instructions
Log into ENgage at ENgage
Navigate to your user dashboard
Look towards the top right of your screen and you will see a basket icon click into this
This will then reveal your current basket, and the option to proceed to checkout, please click proceed to checkout
You’ll then be asked to enter your payment details
You will then receive confirmation that the order is completed
