Amending club membership fees in ENgage

The club membership fees that were recorded against your club’s Membership Schemes in ENgage for the 2023-2024 membership year will automatically rollover into the 2024-2025 membership year. To be clear, this means that  if your club fees 1) aren’t collected through ENgage or 2) are collected through ENgage but they aren't changing, you don’t need to do anything in advance of the new membership year. We simply recommend that you check whether your respective Regions and Counties have updated their fees for 2024-2025 before you share the package price with your members from 1 August when the packages become available for sale.

However, if your club collects its club fees through ENgage, and those fees are changing for 2024-2025, then this guidance is for you.

To edit the fee set against your club’s Membership Schemes for the 2024-2025 membership year, your secretary, chairperson, treasurer or vice chairperson (as assigned in ENgage) will need to follow these instructions before midday on Monday 29 July 2024: 

1. Log into ENgage 

2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your organisation’s name 

3. Select the Finance button (available in the nine small squares, located to the top left-hand side of your screen):

   Open

   

4. Select Membership Schemes from the menu (located on the left-hand side of the screen) 

5. Select the circle adjacent to the membership package that you wish to amend (for example, “Over 18 Membership Package” and click Edit (located in the top right-hand side of the screen):

6. In the Prices box, select the small pen and paper symbol (located directly under the 2024-2025 row):

7. In the Unit Price field, enter the amount that you would like to charge.

Note: Please DO NOT change the “Effective From” or “Effective To” dates or edit any other field:

8. Click Save:

Repeat steps 4-8 for each membership scheme that you wish to amend.
