How do I link my ENgage account to an organisation?

Option 1: Over 18 years of age

If the individual is Over 18, they can link their own ENgage account to an organisation by following these instructions below:

1. Log into ENgage

2. Click on Add in the My Organisations section of your profile

3. Enter the organisation name only (please avoid adding the address details/ postcode as this may impact results)

4. Click the Search button

5. Select the organisation by clicking on the 'Tick'

The Organisation will now appear in your My Organisations section of your profile.

Option 2: Under 18 years of age (minor)

If the individual is Under 18 (a minor), the linking process will have to be completed by the parent/ guardian on behalf of the minor, by following these instructions below:

1. Log into ENgage (as the parent/ guardian, please make sure you are logging into ENgage using your own ENA ID)

2. In the My Family box, select the family member you would like to establish a link for. This will then change your view to that of the family member. (NOTE: If your family member has an ENgage account, but they don't show in your My Family box, please contact the Customer Experience team so they can help you create a relationship link).

3. Click Add in the My Organisations section of the profile

4. Enter the organisation name only (please avoid adding the address details/ postcode as this may impact results)

5. Click the Search button

6. Select the organisation by clicking on the 'Tick'

The Organisation will now appear in the My Organisations section of the individual's' profile.
